Katie Patrick (Sioux Falls, South Dakota)

About Katie:

Katie Patrick is a freshman at Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Katie started her athletic career on the Snow Fox Swim Team. She currently runs Cross Country and Track in High School. Katie trains in Sioux Falls with Coach Jacqui and Coach Kathy 4 to 5 days a week. She also spends time in Des Moines in the Z3 daily training environment throughout the summer. Coach Jenny Weber provides the High Performance Team annual training plan. She connects with Katie on a weekly basis via phone calls or Facetime to connect about training and school.

About High Performance Team Athletes:

High Performance Team members are between the ages of 12 and 26 years old and have met swimming, cycling and running benchmarks on a quarterly basis. High Performance Team members are provided personal training plan accounts and coaches that outline training sessions and support the athlete. High Performance Team athletes are expected to spend time each summer in the Z3 daily training environment in Des Moines.

Fund A Scholarship

You can support Z3 athletes in their pursuit of achieving greatness by providing a tax-deductible contribution for a travel or tuition scholarship to athletes with financial need. Travel or tuition scholarships are generally granted in $300 increments, however, any donation amount is welcomed.
